Hi,
Is there any good antivirus for windows 2003? All AV I know about do not work on server versions of windows.

Have you tried Nod32?

Kaspersky for Windows File Servers, it's based on the 4.5 engine. Also McAfee Enterprise (8.0i will be released soon), Symantec Corp 9, Trend Server Protect, Sophos, F-Prot, and I think avast! has a server product.
