Spyware Blaster - Distribution Rights

I'm looking to distribute Spyware blaster on our automatic configuration cd that we provide to all the students living in the residence halls at Baylor University. We have had great success with Spyware blaster, and would like all of our students to utilize it (without having to download it and install it on their own). Would it be possible to get permission to do this? I have emailed press_at_javacoolsoftware.com, but have received no response.
