i keep getting a spyware guard protection alert stating "that an attempt to change IE settings has been detected , your homepage has been changed to
http//213.159.117.341/index.php.
I click on restore old homepage back to my original page but it just keeps coming back .does anybody know how i can stop it?.
i have tried my virus checker and adware check etc . >:(

This sounds like a browser hijacker.
Please follow ALL the instructions, and each step in this link, carefully:
HOW TO? Read here about how to post your log!! (http://www.wilderssecurity.com/showthread.php?t=15913)
Then post your Hijackthis log over in the "adware, spyware, & hijack cleaning forum". Do not fix anything in Hijackthis yourself as most of what it will list will be harmless and even essential to your system. Someone will review your log and advise you on what to fix.

got it sorted with cw shredder, if anybody else has a similar problem find cw shredder here. http://www.majorgeeks.com/download4086.html
