install problem

I have downloaded and installed v3.1 from all sites that are listed on 'Javacool Software' and upon execution i get same message : 'This program has been damaged, possibly by a bad sector of the hard drive or a virus. Please reinstall it'
I have even installed on different partition of system HD (1 runs Win98, 1 runs Win2k) as well as on physical separate data drive.

I'm also running SpyBot S&D 1.3 beta 6.

Any clues?

As for the program it self ... left button = close ... right button = start disinfection ....
