i was wondering how members get there icon pics by there name?is this only for senior members or for anyone?hope this is not a dumb question,if it is forgive me in advance

No it's for everyone ... click on user cp and select edit avatar on the left control panel ...

On the top of the page there is a tab (user cp) click on that and on the left side of the page you will see ( edit avatar.) Click on edit avatar and when it opens you will see some pictures you can use or you can upload one from files on your computer. Anymore questions, don't hesitate to ask. ;)

If you want to personalise and are like me without skills for graphics and do not have a site to host said graphics...you'll find good help at these sites.
