Spyblaster Installation Problem

Hello all

My OP is Windows XP
I have used Spyblaster for a while now with no problems until recently a message appeared "cannot find import/Dll maybe moved, corrupt or wrong version. File MSVBVM60 dll error 126"

I have uninstalled and reinstalled but the same thing happens. Can anybody help solve this problem.
