SpywareGuard Starting Problem

On my computer I have 2 windows XP users. On one user account SG loads at startup without a problem..on the other user account SG dosent load at startup. I would have to manually start SG. How can I correct this so SG loads at boot on both Windows User's?

easiest way, is take the icon from the startup folder (C:\Documents and settings\user1\start menu\programs\startup) note:user1 is the current user which has spyware guard

and put the file in C:\documents and settings\all users\start menu\programs\startup\
