spybot search and destroy, I try to open and page comes up "connection to server database not possible," also same when trying to use surfghost browser, why? what can I do? can't even go to web page on these. :(

ok, got spybot going from major geeks, but still no surfghost browser working, have to use browser on regular homepage, I liked my surfghost! >:(
