SpywareBlaster 3.1 Run-time error '14'

While the previous version of SpywareBlaster functioned flawlessly, Version 3.1, when the program is executed, results in a Run-time error '14': Out of String Space.

Prior to the download and installation of Version 3.1 from the JavaCool site, I removed the earlier version. Prior to program execution, all open programs were closed. I tried both the manual and automatic installation with identical results.

Any assistance, recommendations, and/or suggestions will be appreciated.
