A month or so a go i installed Folder Access from here:
http://www.topdownloads.net/software/view.php?id=11463

Being really smart i made up a new password when i installed it and dindt think to write it down. So i though never mind, ill just uninstallit, only to find you cant uninstall it without unlocking the folders its linked too, for which you need the password!!!.

I tried deleting the program, but for some reason this lead to my search + find abilities to be disabled in explorer. So i reinstalled it. Same problem, almost as if id never deleted it.

I also cant use "explore" in the programs menu without the password.

Topdownload Networks (whos app it is) a f**king usless and say that they wont help unless i buy the full version of this freeware app. I dont want to pay for an application im going to uninstall!!!

Sorry its just been slowly driving me crazy for the past few weeks.

Please if anyone knows how to get this S**t off my pc please tell me!

If you are using XP, see if you can do a system restore prior to the time you installed the program.
