Is this stil an issue?
Could I Have the DSO Exploit? Even tho it is two years ago and I have SP1 All Critical updates?
Spybot SD 1.3 says I am vulnerable to this but by googling I discovered that it is a bug in Spybot and that the hole was patched by Microsoft and that anyone with SP1 and all updates was safe.
I have SP1 and Windows Update says there are critical patches for my PC.
I downloaded DSOSTOP2.EXE and this says I AM vulnerable. So am I vulnerable and do I need to run DSOSTOP
My registry value is as follows which is the suggested value I found googling. I didn't have to change
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Internet Settings\Zones\0
Change the value of "1004" (DWORD) to 3. NOTE I had this value of 3
