sorry lads just joined, i realised a) you cant attach .pdf's here, and b) the attachement is 10 kb too big, have just edited the above.

The reference is from 1999 but still valid today. He really is a good read. Have been going through a lot of his writings over the last few weeks. As mentioned above this is less techy and easier to read.
