Hey... I have a problem with sending sampels to @nod32 adresses, it dont get to them... Is it only me that got that problem or do anyone else have the same problem?
Do the Eset staff know the issue and working on it?

Eset you need to fix this error fast, your losing my sampels :(

Here are two sampels of the issue... I get this error 90% of the times i send to and @nod32 adress, .se .it .com whatever.. i get the same error..(Sampels@nod32.com Sampels@eset.com)

From the ESET USA site virus KB FAQ:

"When Nod32 detects a virus, it offers several actions. One of them is the "Export the file" button. If you want to send a sample to Eset - you can click on it, save it to the disk and send as an attachment to samples@nod32.com. "

In the past I think people have posted that using the program to notify ESET resulted in an incorrect email address. Perhaps that's the case here? The address Stephan posted should get through to ESET.

Well sry guys but if you look at the sample it is send to Sampels@nod32.com and ive also got an error message from it...

But im suprised its only me that have this error.... No one else has this problem?

It´s samPLes@nod32.com - not samPeLs@nod32.com ;)

Thanks now everything works ... as a result of this i've send a virus collection to NOD32 with 9000 infected files witch NOD32 only detected 94%... and a trojan from and popular crack site.
