I'm being plagued by ThisAddressDoesNotExist somewhere off the west coast of USA. Whois gives "special purpose - see www.ietf.org/internet-drafts/draft-iana-special-ipv4-03.txt which I can't get to for some reason.

IETF is something to do with multimedia, isn't it? Marina Del Rey? Beats me. Loads of NetBIOS intrusions, which i don't allow.

Thoughts please? MTIA
