most used prog's are gone in start menu

I installed these programme and used it once. Then I uninstall it and know my most used prog's in the start menu of windows xp are gone. They don't come back, it stays empty. How can I change it so I can see my most used prog's again?

Hi iceke,

If you look closely under the pograms that are listed (most likely IE and OE) you will see a almost invisible line.
Any shortcut you drop above that line will stay there.
This way you can make that portion a collection of your favorite programs.
