Another Ewido Security Suite problem

No matter what I try I cannot get it to update and load its definitions.

We're trying to fix this error but unfortunately we could not reproduce it yet.
Could you please give us some more details of you system and internet connection? Thank you! :)

P4 2.8GHz
2 x 256DDR RAM
Windows XP Pro
ZoneAlarm 5.0.590.015 (have tried it turned off)
Nod32
Spybot Search and Destroy v1.3
Spyware Blaster
Spyware Guard
Adaware
Script Sentry
RegProt
File Checker
System Security Monitor
Cable Broadband (ISP = Telstra Bigpond)

I have tried reinstalling from a fresh download without any further results. If I place the tick in "use proxy", this doesn't work and I receive a another message, this time in German? as per screenshot...

With the new update, my system has just decided to update, and all is well now ::)
