Lost Key File :( Can Diamond Help?

Hello,

Last year I registerd my copy of TDS-3 and love my program but am unable to use the full version due to the fact that this year we have had rain and flooding in my area and I lost most of my storage CD's due to water damage with files and passwords for programs I run, unfortunatly my TDS key file was one of them.

Is there any way to recover my key file from Diamond? I payed with CC and they should have a copy of that along with my full name and e mail.

I appreciate all your help as I am anxious to get TDS going again as soon as possible.

Hi FireDancer, Sorry to here about your problem. All you need do is to email support@diamondcs.com.au stating the original email address you used when purchasing TDS3 and they will send you a new key. Any other details you can remember may help as well.
