I have looked everywhere and I can not seem to find a removal for this virus. It disabled my Norton and I ran AVG, but it is unable to quarantine or remove. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Do you run TDS?
and where did AVG say that it is located?
If you can zip it and submit it to submit@diamondcs.com.au for deeper testing Gavin will be grateful.
There's a whole series of keenvalue, and hard to get the right info for your version.
