Spyware

How do I delete Spyware from my PC?
I don't which spyware I've got but I've downloaded Spybot - Search and Destory and Ad-aware 6, but those don't get rid of it.
Any suggestions?

Oh and also, whenever I go on the net it has like 6 pop-ups on google.co.uk - which isn't right and brings up an error, the one where you can either "Send Error Report" or "Don't Send". So I can rarely get on internet explorer. :(
