If I understand your question correctly.
The answer would be no as Ti will delete anything on the Disk or Partition you are migrating to.
If I wrong I am sure Anton Acronis Support will correct me.

I still not clean as to what you mean [or trying] to do.
MigrateEasy is a Cloning tool.
It will not create an Image.
You must have TWO HDD's.
It Copy's one Disk or Partition from one HDD to another HDD.
If you have a HDD [or Partition] Formatted in FAT32.
And you wont to Migrat [Clone\Copy] to another HDD [or Partition]
And that HDD [or Partition] is Formatted in NTFS.
It is Deleted when you Migrat [Clone\Copy]
If will not make the Original FAT32 become NTFS or Viceversa.[NTFS will not Become FAT32]
You can not move Individually File or Folder with MigrateEasy.
I Hope This Help.

Hi, ncs_malaysia
Acrois TrueImage does all what Acronis MigratEasy does and more .
Will let you make an Image of you HDD or Pratition.
Then mount it and let you transfer file and folder anywere from were it mounted.
Have a look at this Post:- Acroni true Image 7 Restore (http://www.wilderssecurity.com/showthread.php?t=30857)
Hope this give you some help.
Come back with any questions you have.

Casper XP 2.0 will migrate a FAT32 partitioned hard drive to a new drive and create the new drive with NTFS partitions. It does exactly what you want.
Hope it's not too late for you!
