Australian Support Supervisor

Does anyone have an email address for a supervisor in the Australian support team?

I would like to forward on an email conversation with one of their support technicians which was very sub-standard.

I requested the support member refer me to a supervisor, or another team member and they refused.

Any assistance would be appreciated :)
