I purchased a one-year subscription for ESET NOD32 Antivirus on 03/19/12. Expiration date is 03/18/2013. The software is reporting failure to update since yesterday, although I have repeatedly entered my username and password. I then went to http://go.eset.com/us/support/lost-license and requested that my username and password be re-sent. 20 minutes have passed, and no email has arrived.

The above link for retrieving lost license details is intended mainly for US customers. If you purchased your license via a distributor / reseller other than ESET, LLC, contact their Customer care please. If you purchased from ESET, LLC, check your spam folder in case the message was incorrectly identified as spam.
