SpywareBlaster Opens dozens of Processes in Task Manager

Hi,

This is a big problem, started about a week ago. When I double click on my SpywareBlaster desktop icon, to update it, my computer freezes indefinitely, and Task Manager shows it listed dozens of times at once, in "Processes".

I uninstalled, and reinstalled, but I still had the same problem. I should note that I've been having problems with my computer off and on, but a whole lot of scanning shows no infections. I also have a psycho-stalker who might be using my modem to set up WiFi across the wall (I don't have a router yet, only a software firewall).

Has anyone else had this problem?

I have Windows XP Pro Service Pack 3 with all critical updates
PC Tools Free Personal Firewall
MalwareBytes Paid Version
AVG Free Personal Anti-Virus
Zemana Anti-Keylogger
