Restricted Sites

I would like to know if the Restricted List is what I have found under:
hkcu\software\microsoft\windows\current version\internet settings\zonemap\domains\??? This Registry key contains a list of approximately 1400 entries. Most are related to porn, sex, gambling. etc.

Thanks, I was thinking of zapping all of the entries. I thought that someway all those objectional swebsites had somehow loaded stuff on my PC. Know I know.
