Referring to VPNs that work flawlessly, no data leakage, DNS leakage, no privacy/anonymity loss when the connection drops. Either on WIN XP or WIN 7.

Which ones fit that description ?

Also, no companies either located in the USA or having their servers in the USA, no shady connections (like hushmail, safe-mail.net, anonymizer) to intelligence agencies.

Logging ? It's impossible not to log, right ? I mean, whenever someone logs in some data will be stored, even when it's only temporarily stored in RAM.
Abuse has to be prevented, so that requires some logging too.
I'd go for limited logging.

Any VPNs that fit that description ?

There are quite a few there that fit being technical and it would of been good to just post this there, that post is quite active and it's the point, to discuss any and all related matters... ;)
