I have a dialer problem!

Hello Boys...
I have a question to ask to you about a dialer threat.
Sometimes after a specific page is opened an application (activeX?) install some wierd
software in my Win98SE. A file named javainfo.exe appears under windows\java.
After a while a dialer software connects me to an unidentified server.
Do you know something about it?
Can someone help me? Pleeeasee!
