Procexp. Driver for Process Explorer

I downloaded Sysinternals Process Explorer and when I open it I get a log in PG that it wants to install a driver called Procexp. Should I give it that option?

Hi William P - Yes :) I also have it with all the first four allows & use process exporers "replace Task Manager" option ;)
