The top kde distros depends on what your definition of top is, really.

opensuse in my opinion has the best intergration of kde but then for a pure kde experience you can't go far wrong with fedora as it only uses qt apps, including koffice.

i agree Beavenburt top is what you like the most it could be any distro :))
