Volume Header Needs Minor Repair

Hi there, I have HFS+ driver running on windows 7 and it reads and writes the drives perfectly , however when I unmount the drive and plug it back into the mac the mac says the drive needs initialising, so I ran the drive checker on the mac and it says the following.

Volume Header Needs Minor Repair - I tell it to fix the problem and I can suddenly read the drive contents on the MAC is there a bug in the driver for windows causing this. :blink:
