Please get me on the fast track to WSA 66 version to see if I still have the problem. Thanks.

Sorry, that you are having a problem...

...but, I was fast tracked to v8.0.0.66, yesterday! :) ;D

And, also have installed KPCD as per my posts in the relevant section...and it is running sweet with WSA.

P.S. I have never tried CIS ;)

Nothing relevant to crashing has changed between .60 and .66. Could you see if a memory dump was stored and send that to us so that we can take a look?

Additionally, are you seeing these crashes occurring constantly or under a certain set of scenarios that we could try to reproduce?

Thanks!

My CCleaner automatically delete it daily and so I just uncheck it so that I can get the next minidump ( that is what you are talking about right ? ) when it crash the next time. It seem to do it within 10 mins of startup in the past if it was going to crash at all.

I just updated Zemana AntiLogger 1.9.2.799 to version

Zemana AntiLogger 1.9.2.803 Friday, October 28, 2011 3:13 AM
Improved driver stability
Fixed BSOD under certain conditions
Fixed some incompatibilities with DesktopOK software

Although I doubt this was the problem but still head up that one of their fixes is
" Fixed BSOD under certain conditions "

It just crashed again today while browsing the web site. It turn out that Zemana Antilogger crashed at 11:29 am and then CIS and WSA at 11:31 am. I assume that the 1st crash is the root of the problem and it just snowball from there. Again there was no minidump for there was no BSOD unless there is a dump someplace else in the system ? ( I was looking at windows/minidump )

I should have assume nothing for CIS did crash on WSA WRusr.dll. Please look into this and talk to CIS if needed so that WSA and CIS are compilable. It look like you are not allowing CIS to read WRusr.dll and causing it to crash. In WSA, I just added CIS in Protected Applications with a check mark in protect mode. We'll see if I take a hit again.

There is no error message in my reliability monitor so far today. If it hold out until tomorrow, this would be the 1st day with zero critical event. The last time this happen was on 10/13/11. The earliest week or longer critical event free was on 8/26/11 - 9/14/11. It was adding cmdagent.exe and cmdinstall.exe in WSA protect mode that did the trick.

Could you write into our support inbox so that they can whitelist your local software? That would likely solve this problem - I suspect CIS is being monitored by WSA and it isn't appreciating the code running within it.

Thank you!

It has not crashed since I added cmdagent.exe and cmdinstall.exe in WSA protect mode.
