How do I - - -?

I've recently installed SpywareBlaster and SpywareGuard on a computer with multiple users. Only thing is, is that it appears that SG is only running on the users profile I installed on. Is SG running, on the 2nd user, without the SG in the taskbar?? also is SB loaded on the 2nd user also, with the install done on user 1??
Or do I have to install it on each user??
