Invalid key?

Prevx Help I've got a problem.
The beta stopped working. Would not scan no matter what I tried so I removed it as completely as possible.
Then I went to my original email from you when I was able to start testing the beta.
I downloaded from the supplied link and entered the key that was also in the email.
And WSA says my key is invalid.
I tried this a few times with no luck.
I sent you a private message on this forum last night with a brief description and my email address.
I hope somebody can send me a new key since I'm running naked now.

Got it and I'm up and running but now it says that I'm expired and need to renew.
I'll check this later-right now I've got a Dr.'s appt..
