Microsoft Visual C++ runtime library

I have a user who gets an occasional error on websites. The error reads: Runtime Error! Program: C:\Program Files\Internet Explorer\iexplore.exe abnormal program termination.

I have update the Windows with the latest update and also done the same for Office. I have read on some sites that this is caused by spyware but I am not sure where to start. OH, I also ran adaware but it seems to regenerate. Any Ideas?

This may be related to spyware that AdAware isn't removing completely, or it may be something altogether different that could be causing it.

You can follow the instructions at the link below, and have someone analyse your HijackThis log to see if there is any malware files on the computer:
