Hi
Question for Joe.
Can you advise when printing problem using Firefox 6.2 will b e fixed ?
You advised several builds past that it would be fixed on the next release.
Last year a similar problem with Prevx. Fix was basically done immediately.

We've had a few other reports of this but most appeared to have been fixed already. Could you let me know what type of printer you have configured? (i.e. is it a physical printer or a software based printer?)
Thanks!

Same problem here. WSA v8.0.0.15 & FF v6.0.2 :(
When trying to print from a web page (doesn't matter if it's https or http page) I get an error message "An unknown error occurred while printing".
If I shut down WSA and run it again - problem disappears until next reboot >:(
The problem persists both for the physical printer and software based one
I had the same problem also with previous release of WSA v8.

Could you please let me know what OS you're using so that we can debug closer?
Thank you!

Could you let me know if you're also using a 64bit OS?
Thanks!

Great! I think that helps narrow it down significantly. Could anyone else reading this thread let me know if it's occurring on a 32bit OS for you? Otherwise, I think this could be attributed just to 64bit directly (which has a very different implementation than 32bit because of PatchGuard and narrowing it to just 64bit makes it much more obvious where the issue exists).
Thanks for the help :)
