Firewall Modes Don't Work

the firewall is not obeying its settings, i still get prompts to allow programs through even though its set to allow all. ive gotten prompts for hitman pro, firefox beta, and some games i have.

i already submitted this through the help and support feedback system and i sent them a log as they had asked using the application they told me to use about a week ago but i havent gotten any update/reply :-\

Looks like the support team is also monitoring this forum somewhat which is good to see since I just got a reply to my bug report after they saw my thread apparently :)

This issue should be improved in the next update - I'll let everyone know once it's released :)

Excuse me, but you actually made me have a good laugh - I'm very tired to say the least. :) Sometimes bugs can be very obvious. :argh:

well im running v.8.0.0.7 and the firewall problem is still occuring:-\

There are 2 Beta's going on 1) with Firewall and Identity Shield 2) Just the AV only and it depends on the key they sent you! You can sign up again and try the new key to see if they give you the one with Firewall and Identity Shield?

okay. is it worth it? i ask because the non-firewall version seems to have an impact on my system performance, cannot take much more of a hit.
