My niece accidently (deleted or formatted) my hard disc and inside contain my work detail.It very important so can anyone here teach me to find back my thing?Any software recommend?I also ESS users so pls help ya^^

The most important thing is not to write anything on the disk after it was formatted or files were deleted. Connect the disk as a slave, boot from another media and try using free software for recovering deleted files.

If is it that important then you should let a specialised shop retrieve it. Usually they provide a proof that they can before actually doing it. Otherwise see
