I was searching Source Forge for something, when I found this -http://sourceforge.net/projects/microsoftsecuri/

MSE is closed source so there's no way that Microsoft host it on SourceForge. Moreover, the project admin is ''utoo213'' who registered also ''Need for Speed Underground (http://sourceforge.net/projects/needf/)''. Not official, not legal not nice at all...

Well there is nothing in either project that will cause harm to anyone. Probably just some bozo with nothing better to do. I am a member at SourceForge and have notified them of this.

Not really there are a lot of projects on SourceForge. There were simple empty ones with bad names.
