THEY WILL NOT LET ME INSTALL THE NEW VERSION OF NORTON THAT I PURCHASED AT THE STORE. HOW DO I OVERCOME THIS PROBLEM?

does anyone know how to overcome norton locking you out from being able to install a new software package without downloading it?

dear lxmc please describe your problem elaborately. first tell us what product of the Symantec family are you running? Norton antivirus or internet security or what? to install these kind of softwares you'll need administrative rights.
