View Full Version : Impossible to Activate

I can not activate with the License information it sent me. I won't put it on the forum :\
Thing is, it sent me the username/password through email, I click "Update" and it tells me it is invalid. What's going on?

I confirm the above... for me it says the email is already used on this computer

It says nothing about an email for me. Just says invalid username :(

I don't see username for beta activation. What I found is this I can't activate using this

As I said in a another thread I also had this problem. Got a trial code from support after opening an issue ticket. After this it's Ok. Must be a problem with new activaton procedure.
I made an update which went allright but checking the key validation failed, after a while also this went through.

Opening an issue ticket with ESET, they pointed me here to this forum :p They said this forum handles all the issues. Haha.
On a side note, osip, I love how your display pic is the kasperky logo on an ESET forum :3

Yes he has Kaspersky picture but see his signature he uses avast Internet Security. Strange

NOD32 on Win7x86... RC is constantly maintaining "Product activation in progress", but had no problem activating previous beta.

When I clicked "verify license validity" under Help and Support, it then activated, but would not, apparantly activate otherwise? Perhaps a minor flaw here somewhere?

i can confirm this one too. wouldn't show the product key's expiration date until after going to help & support, license validity.

Believe there is a bug preventing retention of license info and displaying on main home window, since, just now when I opened the program, no info was displayed, and it was necessary to click "verify license validity" before it displayed again. Thanks.

Yes I also confirm this... ESET should remember license info right from activation and store it some where
