Can you modify a cyclic backup?

Is there a way to modify the settings of a cyclic backup without deleting it and setting up a new one? I thought the backup I set up was going to keep two backups then delete the older ones, but it does not seem to keep but one.

I want to increase the quantity to three and see what happens, but I can't figure out how to change the setting.
