Point upgrade verification

I originally bought this product which now shows the following on your site with my log in:

Product Name Capsa 7.2 Enterprise Edition - Single Seat License - No Maintenance
Purchase Date 2010-04-30
Version 7.2
License Quantity 1
Subscription 1 Year Never Expired
Free Upgrade Until 2011-04-30 Expired

It shows that 'Free Upgrade' has expired but 'Subscription' has not. What is the difference between these two things?

And does this mean I can no longer download and install point upgrades within the 7.4.1 series?

Hi GeorgeM,

When the free upgrade expired, you can not get the upgrades.
It will not affect your utilization, of course.
You can renewal your maintenance when you need to get latest version of Capsa.

I would like to add that I think the one year license business is pretty seriously over priced.

It's nearly half the cost of the original s'ware which gets you one more year of upgrades which look to be at best a few point upgrades.
