Title says it all. I've used it in the past but haven't had it this Windows 7 Pro x64 pc.

Maybe if you still use Internet Explorer as your main browser.

There are many people from various areas of the security community that contribute the database for Spyware Blaster. Without their contributions, we would not have the protection and layered security the program offers.
Without the database entries such as this (http://www.systemlookup.com/O16/1904-FacebookPhotoUploader55_cab.html) help to yourself and many others, would not be possible.

It is ultimately up to the user to choose this sort of layered protection. I and many others are proponents of layered protection.
