A windows service that does not turn off???

Hi:

I am trying to turn "remote desktop services" off and disable in the services windows for tweaking but every time after each reboot it goes back to automatic? I have checked an no dependencies are present. SO why I can not turn it off in Windows 7 home premium 64bit? Any help is appreciate it.

well the strange thing is that under system property- Remote tab I only have the upper part of the remote assistant" portion which has no check mark in it. The bottom part is blank and no remote desktop section which is strange???

Perhaps you need Windows 7 Professional and above for this?
