Really I see most of this not as "bandwidth protection", as is often claimed. What I see is an attempt to keep people on cable and satellite TV. I find it interesting that, when major movie studios and TV networks are allowing more of their products to be watched in more places on the net (even Facebook is in on it now with "Dark Knight", that more ISPs (who almost always have TV services as well) follow closely behind with cap limits.

So glad I dumped AT&G.

Could not be a better time to move to Time Warner now that they are rolling out the 60Mb service.
