How to add a country domain in MS Office Outlook 2010?

How do I enter a country domain item to the MS Blocked Sender List?

I want to add specific countries like cn, nl etc.

The examples given in MS Outlook I find confusing.

someone@example.cn doesn't help me

would it be @.cn? Can I use wild characters?
