I'm trying to find a reliable and solid system monitor which can provide accurate info about changes occured after installing software, after applying software updates, and so on. The ones I'm currently aware of are:
-Tiny Watcher
-System Explorer (using it's snapshot feature)

Can you guys help me with other alternatives?

Thank you for your time.

What's a good way to know about changes to the system & software? HIPS, BBs, etc. (http://www.wilderssecurity.com/showthread.php?t=286300)

atomomega, perhaps RegShot (http://sourceforge.net/projects/regshot/) could be of use to you.

Zsoft Uninstaller has a before/after scan and can retain a list of the change delta. Another (no longer actively supported) tool that maintains a database of deltas is InstallWatch Pro (http://installwatch-pro.software.informer.com/).
