Now that's interesting..and weird. Two things I find funny is that Opera isn't even popular in its own country, and there isn't a hint of Firefox or Chrome, second and third most popular browsers, in the entire U.S. Either I'm not understanding the statistic properly, or that is one really screwy measurement.

As you said, they are second and third, the graph shows only the most popular browser's usage in the country. ;)

Quite a few actually (a friend of mine is married to a Norwegian), after all I am a European & Norway isn't that far from England (I have relatives all over Europe). I also have at least three cyber friends who are Norwegian & all of them use Firefox as a preferred browser as far as I know. Plus, the Norwegian government sends the UK a Christmas tree every year ( I think the Norwegian resistance was grateful for all of those Sten guns the RAF parachuted to them during WW2 ;) ). ;D

Yes but IE was doing better on july/august so i wouldn't say its doing better since we have a faster,more secure IE9 now.Chrome is actually doing better if you compare :)

It isn't used in my country, even in dialect, as far as I know. The adverb 'off' would more likely be followed by the preposition 'from' than 'of'. It does sound odd to English ears. Technically it is a phrasal verb anyway, so I suppose it doesn't matter.
