I can't answer your question but I expect the folks at the jv16 forum can. Try posting your question here; http://www.macecraft.com/phpBB3/index.php

I did the same mistake a few days ago when I tried the new version, took me a while to find, but unfortunately I don't remember where it was, somewhere in some settings ( how brilliant I am!! :argh: )
Otherwise ask in their support forum -http://www.macecraft.com/phpBB3/index.php-
Edit// exactly same time bornconfuzd :D

No, you should find it within the GUI, look at the scan settings for the tool or program settings, you should find some ignore/ exceptions thingy.
Make sure you have the advanced user activated, if not, change it.

Well, the exact words from "jv16" are as follows:
After you have used the Never Show Again feature of Registry Cleaner for example, right-clicking the list again will now also show an option "Control hidden items" which allows you to see what items have been hidden with the Never Show Again and you can also undo these.

There's the answer.
You can choose advanced or normal mode at installation, aswell as after in general program settings in some quick setup guide thingy.

Mantra,
Are you still having issues? It's rather simple:
1) Run the Registry Cleaner and allow it to finish;
2) Right-click on any one of the entries;
3) Select "Control hidden items";
4) Check the box next to "Hidden items";
5) Click the "Un-ignore" button at the bottom.
In order to change from to Advanced from Simple:
1) Go to Tools>>Settings;
2) Click on "Basic Interface";
3) Select "Advanced" and then click the OK button.
