I expect to see a lot of tablets this and coming years. Just wonder how many OS choices we will have in near future.
iOS- iPad
Android- on many tablets like Motorolla xoom, Samsung Galaxy, LG Slate
WebOS - HP,s TouchPad
BlackBerry OS - RIM,s PlayBook
Windows - Viewsonic WebTab
MeeGo - Intel,s Tablet
It will be really interesting to see who wins!:o

I don't think it would take a lot to figure out that Android will be a top dog for a long time to come, for those not in the grip of Apple.

If i get a new generation phone (Mine is like a decade old)
I will definitely go with Android, even though not the most stable, it's developing FAST which i like ;D

The more competition, the better for consumers. Wish there were so many choices for ISPs..

Actually RIM's Playbook is running QNX fyi. I think it will be iOS and Android battling it out for the most part at least in the near future lol I could be wrong...

Its pretty stable. I can honestly say after owning my Android for a few days and my iPod Touch for about a year the iPod doesnt even hold a finger to the Android OS. The only customers Apple will keep are those that have a raging fetish with their products.

not necessarily that android doesnt have, but the fact that if uve made purchases in the appstore it makes sense to stay with it so ur money doesnt go to waste. i wuldnt say it has anything to do with brain washing, for me at least, i began using iOS well before any good alternative was around so its the mobile OS i got used to, and since my speaker dock, etc. are made for ipod/iphone it wuld be pointless to switch. and i dont use any other apple products so its not like im just an apple fanboy.
