regsvr not working

[Mischief]

after deleting a trojan and restarting my systems i get this to show after my scans.

19:49:14 [CRC32] Started - verifying 29 files ...
19:49:15 [CRC32] File doesn't exist: C:\WINDOWS\System32\regsvr32.exe

I'm not sure what happened but do I need regsvr32.exe?
